VISION

The vision of the Hope House is to foster a commitment that we will promote healthy family relationships, strong interpersonal skills, and reassert a sense of hope in the future to all individuals with children and families.

The Hope House VISION is to establishes Family Recovery Services in the Greater Atlanta Riverdale area and the Global community. The program creates partnerships with the local and global business, government agencies and churches, to provide resources funding to support the disadvantage.

 

MISSION

To revitalize distressed communities and housing areas by improving the living conditions of under privilege children, low income families/individuals, the elderly, and people with special needs in the region of our responsibility and to change people’s perception of themselves through education and serving.

 

To empower the families systems through the knowledge and wisdom of life skills To Find Their Identify and purpose through education and recovery and sustainability.

Victory Hope House was established in 2018 as a Community Resource Center Located at 6536 Cargile St in Riverdale, GA and currently has the honor of serving the needs of Riverdale and Surrounding Metropolitan Atlanta Areas. 

 

Our mission is to empower the family system through education, hands-on experience, knowledge, and wisdom of life skills. This is in order to aid people in finding one’s identity, purpose, while recovering and achieving a sustainable future.

 

The training and development we currently offer are: Fresh Start Relocation, interview success and job readiness, customer service skills, credit success, life skills, and conflict resolution.

 

In addition, for the last four years we have assisted the community with a weekly food drive. Feeding Faith Food Pantry is held every Thursday starting at 3:30 P.M.

What We Do

The Hope House has an active food bank called the “Feeding Faith Food Pantry” which currently serves over 1200 meals a week. We also have a clothing store, called the “Nikki Closet” which provides clothing, shoes, and accessories, at no charge to the population we serve. In addition, we offer weekly services to include, but not limited to: mentorship for youth, spiritual guidance, financial support, solutions, and/or recommendations, and have social motivational speakers to enlighten, inspire and educate the community!

 

We set a Goal to ATTACK the Poverty in our States and Country, to eliminate the need mentality, provide assistance in the Financial area. Most States especially now since the Corona Virus hit America are  facing a serious Poverty levels in educations, in jobs and in many homes. The Poverty epidemic which threatens the development of the country. With hundreds of thousands of adults and children infected with poverty, and the daily life of every citizen has the potential to be affected.

In response to this epidemic, volunteers with , The Hope House purpose to eliminate the  Poverty levels by providing Prevention and Nutrition Education Program wield an effective weapon: education.

Keys to Success while supporting and protect at-risk families

  • Establish and maintain a strong network of support within the community.

  • Launch a series of fundraising activities that will successfully fund the program initiatives.

  • Establish an effective training program for underprivileged family members that can increase their ability to become successful family systems.

  • Provide supportive services such as, counsel, skill training groups, job readiness and job placement.

  • Offer Self Help trainings on Self –Reliance, Self –Sufficiency, and Self- Government.

  • Establish an effective monitoring, follow-up, and accountability system.
